Hi. My name is Zachary Cole with Probinsky, Cole & Usquelis. I’m going to talk a little bit about one thing that I see that our firm does that I find a little bit lacking in other firms and especially speaking with clients that have had other attorneys represent them in the past or other clients that have come to our firm on current cases because they weren’t happy with the representation they were receiving before.

With my personal experience, I’ve been in a serious car accident. Actually you can maybe see on the video I have a little scar here. I had a spinal fusion about eight years ago from a pretty bad car accident and this was something that was not easy to recover from and going through that really helps me talk to these people and make this human. Put them in your shoes. Talk to them about not only your medical bills and the medical records and the things that the doctors write down that don’t really know you as a person but talk to you about how these things have affected your day to day life and what that means going forward.

You can be in situations where you might be in pain for the rest of your life and I think a lot of these adjusters and defense attorneys lose sight of that. So putting that focus on a case really helps us get a maximum value for you and settling cases and in verdicts, when we’re asking for a jury to make the at-fault party compensate you for the health that they’ve taken from you and giving you these injuries through their negligence.
