The petitioning company specializes in providing engineering services for water resources infrastructure projects, including sewer systems, stormwater management systems, wastewater treatment plants, and pump stations.
The beneficiary employee, a citizen of Nepal, had been working for the company for the past year and a half on STEM OPT and had become a crucial member of their engineering team due to his experience and specialized skills in their field of work. As the company only employees 12 full time employees, retention of this talented employee was crucial for their business.
